Five positions you can hold us to.
Evidence over claims.
Every vendor site says senior engineers and agile process. Ask for a code sample, an architecture walkthrough, a live pull request. We publish ours before you ask.
If we cannot measure it, we do not claim it.
We would rather publish a case study with no headline number than one with a number nobody measured. Where a figure is not ours to publish, you can ask us for the walkthrough instead.
Write down the tradeoff.
Every architectural decision costs something. A decision presented without its cost is a decision nobody has actually made.
Leave people able to continue without us.
Code, infrastructure, runbooks and the handover plan are yours from the first commit. A client who cannot leave is not a client, they are a hostage.
